A live Urban and Hip-Hop Church Service like no other. This service is beyond traditional and designed to attract the unchurched to hear The Gospel. We don't water down our focus on preaching the Word we just take the common elements of the urban and Hip Hop Culture and present the Gospel in a fresh & relevant way.

The Heart of Hip Hop and includes worship and of course the preaching of the

The Cost
An Honorarium
+ travel and accomodations
Expenses vary but generally include travel and accomidations. If within driving distance you can calculatre travel from Atlanta GA as $.90 per mile to the location of the event. Accomodations can be a Host family or one to two rooms at a local hotel.

The Venue
The Date
If you know what date you need put it on the booking form. This is the hard part because it has to be flexable with our tour. Manytime we have a drop off and can squeeze in a venue while we are in the area. Let us know how flexable you are. Because we are a missions organization many times we are out of the country.
Promoting
This is the most important part of the event. If you do not promote the event effectivly your turn out will be little. Before booking the tour make sure you have the time to promote it everyday for 30 days or so. We understand fill-in bookings so dont fret if you are one of those. Make certain as well that you have the support of the leadership team including the pastor. This is key in getting the entire church to also promote the event.
The Date
A Venue
If you plan to hold the event at your location your standard staging should do. Consider holding the event outside of the four walls of the church to attract those who may not attend. Consider an outdoor event or a local high school or community venue. We do offer outdoor staging if needed.
To qualify the venue we will need you to send photos of
the staging area as demonstrated on the left. They are as follows. Stage Right / Stage Left / Upstage / Rear Stage
Also 30 w (x) 20 d (x) 15 h or larger is the best measurements for the staging area. as indicated in the first drawing.
Prior to our arrival please clear the stage as if you were moving out. We will take care of the setup and load in when we arrive.
