Main ImpactPlug into Outreach with Freestyle Missions:SafeHouse Homeless OutreachSafeHouse Outreach is an urban outreach committed to affecting real change in the lives of those in the margins of society, by providing a hand up, not just a hand out. SafeHouse provides practical, emotional, and physical assistance to those living in the margins, and help integrate them back into society to lead healthy, functional lives.When: 2nd Sunday of Each MonthWhere: 89 Ellis Street, Atlanta GA 30303 Time: 6 PM - 8 PMAdopt-A-Block - Downtown and Marietta communitiesThe Old 4th Ward, where the Dream Center is established, is known for drugs, prostitution and poverty stricken families. Every week volunteers go out into the 4th ward to meet the practical and spiritual needs of the people. Volunteers meet together outside the Dream Center offices for worship, an encouraging word and instructions. They break off into teams and go out into the neighborhood with grocieries, trash bags and the Love of Christ. We also started doing the same outreach in the Cobbelstone community in Marietta Ga.
